Shipping Policy

We use the United States Postal Service for all of our domestic shipments and currently do not offer international shipping. Our shipment options are USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer expedited shipping options. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order is ready to be shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing and shipping. During sales, please allow 7 to 10 business days. Maiden Wares is not responsible for any damages to goods incurred during transit; and is not responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost packages. Please contact your local post office for help regarding lost or stolen packages.


USPS Ground Advantage

Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. This does not include the time it takes for an order to be processed. This form of shipment is available for all orders placed that weigh under 16 ounces (1 pound).


USPS Priority Mail

Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. This does not include the time it takes for an order to be processed. This form of shipment is available for all orders placed that weigh over 16 ounces (1 pound).


If the wrong shipping address was added during checkout

Please contact customerservice@maidenwares.com right away with the correct address. If we receive your communication before the package is shipped we will be able to update the address. If we receive your communication after the package is shipped, we will not be able to update the address. If an address change is not made and the address is invalid, it will most likely be returned to us; and we will contact you via email regarding reshipment. If an address change is not made and the address is valid, please reach out to your local post office for further assistance.


If your order is delayed

Maiden Wares has no control over shipping times and delayed shipments. USPS typically provides information via your tracking status. Please reach out to your local post office for further assistance.


If your order is returned to sender

Orders can sometimes be returned to sender (RTS) due to an insufficient address or other issues with USPS. If your package arrives back to us, we will contact you via email for an updated address for reshipment. If a refund is preferred, please let us know. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the amount to show up on your account.
