Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return & refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to send it back to us for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Maiden Wares does not cover your shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. To start a return
A Return Form must be filled out and included with your return. You can either use the form located on the back of your invoice or print a new form. The original item must first be shipped and arrive at our location before a refund can be provided. We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return. In the case of an incorrect/ defective item
Please contact customerservice@maidenwares.com. Maiden Wares will either issue a refund for the incorrect/ defective item, or issue a prepaid shipping label for domestic customers via email, in order to return the incorrect/ defective item. If you are returning an incorrect/ defective item, the item must first be shipped and arrive at our location before a refund can be provided. We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected the returned item and if the return has been approved or not. If a returned item is received and approved, and a refund has been issued, please allow up to 14 days for the amount to show up on your account.
In the case of a damaged item
Please contact customerservice@maidenwares.com. Please note, Maiden Wares is not responsible for any damages to goods incurred during shipping, and is not responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost packages.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items
Special order and personalized items cannot be returned. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the amount to show up on your account.
